Tecman Deutschland focusses fixed-price strategy and service excellence

Hamburg, 07th July 2025. Around one year after starting its operational business, Tecman Deutschland GmbH, a certified Microsoft technology partner, is expanding its business activities and entering into a strategic partnership with German-based acadon AG. Within the Microsoft partner network, Tecman Deutschland positions itself with a clear focus and differentiation: ERP cloud projects based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central are delivered at a fixed price – including needs-based, reliable service packages. Since August 2024, Tecman Deutschland has been successfully operating in the German market under the umbrella brand of the strong British Microsoft partner Technology Management Ltd. (Tecman UK) with this model. With acadon AG as an established partner and new majority shareholder, in-depth technology expertise from three long-standing successful teams is being consolidated. The goal is to offer medium-sized companies a fast and predictable entry into AI-powered work using the Microsoft Cloud technology platform.  

Tecman Deutschland is restructuring its shareholder base. As of July 1, 2025, acadon AG, headquartered in Krefeld, Germany, has become the new majority shareholder. Klaus Fander, Chairman of the Board of acadon AG, will assume the role of Managing Director of Finance at Tecman Deutschland. The management team at Tecman Deutschland will then consist of Gabriela Schönmann (Operations, Sales), Christian Sega (International Strategy, Partner Business, Sales & Marketing), and Klaus Fander (Finance). Technology Management Ltd. remains on board not only as a namesake and close business partner, but also as a shareholder with a significant stake in Tecman Deutschland.

The aim of the joint venture is to market and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a standardized cloud solution using modular, attractive fixed-price service packages for a medium-sized target group of 3 to 50 users. The fixed-price offerings apply to the new implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the implementation of individual modules for specific applications such as financial accounting, purchasing and sales, inventory management etc. – but not for the development of entirely custom software solutions.  
 

Price transparency combined with training and Service Excellence

In addition to full price transparency, the offering stands out through its focus on the seamless integration of suitable business apps on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central cloud platform. Instead of custom developments, the portfolio is rounded out with a comprehensive onboarding and training concept and a focus on service excellence. Services are provided by the expert team at Tecman Deutschland.  

This also includes proprietary apps from the Clever Dynamics Suite by Technology Management Ltd. as well as established third-party solutions with proven interfaces – for example, for financial accounting (e.g. DATEV), document management, or scanning solutions. With acadon AG’s involvement, Tecman Deutschland is adding the “Modern Workplace” area to its portfolio. Tecman Deutschland customers will also gain access to fixed-price packages in the cloud infrastructure area, such as managed services, cybersecurity packages, or Microsoft 365 solutions. “Our joint venture relies on an experienced team with deep process understanding and strong consulting expertise – and on decades of built-up trust between the partners,” says Christian Sega, Managing Director at Tecman Deutschland. “As pioneers of the fixed-price-fixed-scoped-model, we know the strengths of the standardized Business Central solution compared to extensive customizing. A clear signal to the Market 

As an innovative digitization partner, acadon AG has been actively shaping the German and European ERP market for over 40 years. acadon’s Wood Cloud and apps for the timber and wood packaging industry are based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The acadon AG sees strong growth potential beyond the limited wood market in this joint venture. “Through the joint venture with Tecman Deutschland, we are opening an additional sales channel through which we can strategically scale our apps, services, and packages.
